AR, Crittenden Critical: > 8 Weeks or Undetermined Yes – Delayed Online System Challenges 2/3/2022: The Marion District Court has reopened and their record keeping system is once again functioning. We are completing searches as quickly as possible. Current
CA, El Dorado Moderate: 1-2 Weeks Yes – Delayed Case Management System 11/11/2021: Researcher visits this court daily. There is currently no PAT available to the researchers. All search requests must be submitted to the court clerks for completion. There is no limit to the number of requests that the researchers are able to submit to the clerks each day, however, court staff is stretched thin, and TAT is further delayed as the court is currently in the process of transitioning to a new case management system. CA, Los Angeles Critical: > 8 Weeks or Undetermined Yes – Delayed Clerk Delay due to DOB Verifications 08/23/2021: No DOB information is available from the PAT. The court clerks will no longer verify DOB’s. We are allowed to request five case files a day where we can then confirm the DOB. Expect major delays. Current

CA, Nevada Closed No PAT is down 5/10/2022: The court will be releasing a new PAT in the coming weeks. In the meantime, all terminals are down with no access and no ETA on when they will be back up. No searches can be completed at this time. Current
CA, Sacramento Moderate: 1-2 Weeks Yes – Delayed Online Site Down 4/1/2022: The Court removed DOBs from their site so all searches with possible records must be processed with the court. Please note, the lists dropped at the clerk’s window are limited to 10 cases. Clerks pull these files and call the vendor to go to the courthouse by appointment to view the case files. Current
CA, San Bernardino Moderate: 1-2 Weeks Yes – Delayed Pat was Down 5/27/2022: The site has been down for a few days. As of this morning, it is fully operational again, so our researchers are working through the backlog. Current

CA, Ventura Significant: 2-4 Weeks Yes – Delayed Covid 2/17/2022: Due to Covid, only the Ventura Superior Court is accepting requests at the clerk counter. The court is backlogged due to staff limitations and limited hours so please expect delays on orders that require clerk assistance. Current
GA, Clayton Moderate: 1-2 Weeks Yes – Delayed Clerk Delay 04/05/2022: PAT is now loading. We are only providing year of birth for Superior court on orders / cases we cannot obtain a full DOB. We do have to retrieve the full DOB is state court before returning / completing an order. Head clerk as well as Supervisor at the court has informed that they are grossly understaffed and back up. IL, Cook Minor: Less Than 1 Week Yes – Delayed Online System Challenges 2/04/2022: The court’s record keeping system is not functioning normally. Our researchers are experiencing extreme latency and intermittent outages. We will continue to process orders as quickly as possible. Expect delays. Current
MD, All Counties Moderate: 1-2 Weeks Yes – Delayed Connectivity Issues 6/6/2022: The connectivity issues have been resolved. Our researchers are working through the backlog. Current
MI, Kent Critical: > 8 Weeks or Undetermined Yes – Delayed DOB Verification 5/2/2022: The State of Michigan has enacted its plan to remove the dates of birth from the websites. We are now having to fax the Circuit court for copies of the Register of Actions in order to verify DOB. We are completing clears and District Court-only searches. For Circuit Court, the process is to fax the court a list of cases that we need the ROAs for, and after payment and within 72 hours, they will fax them back. (Only able to ask for 10 cases per day.) 6/21/2020
MI, Saginaw Significant: 2-4 Weeks Yes – Delayed PAT is Down 4/22/2022:
The public access terminal was removed from the court and was expected to be fixed already but it is still being worked on. The clerk is conducting searches in the meantime but is not able to keep up with the volume. Please expect delays.

MS; Adams Significant: 2-4 Weeks Yes – Delayed Limited Access to PAT 6/10/2022: The Justice Court hired summer help to get their records caught up. This person will be using the only public access terminal most of the day, so our researcher will only have access to the terminal from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm. Please expect delays over the next two months. This court has elected to stop conducting criminal and civil searches from June 24th- July 8th due to the 4th of July staffing shortages they are going to experience.
