It’s easy to start screening with EZ-Authorize for online background checks:

Step 1. Open an Account:

Answer a series of questions and provide your payment information to create an account with Proforma.

Step 2. Order Your Screening Package:

Log into your account and choose one of our pre-designed background screening packages. Provide the necessary applicant data and we’ll get right to work.

Step 3. Review Your Results:

Log into your EZ-Authorize dashboard to review the status and results of your background screening requests. Your reports are accessed and stored in our secure online system.

Which online background check package should you choose?

Package 1: Basic

Choose our Basic background screening package when you need a simple background check to fulfill basic requirements or to demonstrate a base level of due diligence. This package is typically suitable for lower-risk positions with little or no unsupervised access to people and/or property.

Package 2: Quality

The Quality background screening package is recommended for positions of moderate hiring risk, including employees with unsupervised access to people and/or property.  The Quality search offers a higher level of due diligence and therefore may offer greater protection against negligent hiring.

Package 3: Premier

The Premier background screening package is essential for financial services, transportation, government contracts, business executives and other high trust positions.  This package includes a Federal criminal search, which can uncover serious issues that may affect a person's suitability for your organization. 

Add on the optional driver's record search for a more comprehensive screen and if required for your industry.
