Risk Match utilizes your hiring criteria to score criminal, motor vehicle record, education, and social results to deliver a hire/no-hire determination. The results will be flagged green, yellow or red to imply whether the applicant should be hired, needs further review, or should not be hired at all.

Compliance Fulfillment

Proforma assists in fulfillment of your FCRA adverse hiring decision responsibilities. We can dispatch both Pre-Adverse letters (and reports) and the Adverse Action letter to the applicant when a report results in a no-hire decision.

Sure Screen

Proforma's Sure Screen can provide regularly scheduled audits to ensure that your established pre-employment criteria has been met by all who are currently employed by you. Proforma audits payroll record data on a pre-determined schedule, ensuring that all employees have been screened. The time and effort spent correcting oversight early in the process is a solid investment in your future.

Deadbolt

Your security depends on knowing essential information about all who have access to any aspect of your business. The Deadbolt service is a customer-supported mandate requiring all contingent workers (temps, consultants, etc.) to be screened utilizing the same criteria established for your full-time employees.
